We Believe Mental Health Matters!

Catrina Duncan, LPC

Staff Clinician

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Carroll University in Waukesha, WI and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mount Mary University in my hometown of Milwaukee, WI.

Culture, self-identity, and healing are important to me and help shape the therapeutic journey. I have experience working with adolescents and adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. I have experience working with an array of mental health concerns and diagnosis from self-esteem to severe and persistent mental illness.

I integrate evidenced-based counseling techniques along with the values of the client. My goal is to provide a comfortable space for one to be vulnerable, to model and teach skills to overcome troubles, and to assist one to surpass goals and milestones in a person’s life journey. I believe therapy is not only about processing events and healing the mind but also a journey to getting a person’s mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health as one. We all go through transitions and life can be difficult, I want to assist you on your journey.

I love spending time with my husband, family and friends, and of course spoiling my dog.
